Having Purchased FSys Supplier Manager you will be guided through a series of simple to follow Set Up Screens supported by a series of comprehensive Help Screens to tailor the System to your business and to establish risk assessment criteria for suppliers.

FSys Supplier Manager is not restricted to Raw Material Suppliers and should be used to manage all supplier approvals including Service Providers.

Key Features:
• A comprehensive Supplier Listing by supplying site and commodity / service provided
• Summary Screen of your Supplier Base with easy to distinguish Supplier Approval and Third Party Approval Status
• Detailed records of each supplier including Address, Contact Details and Out of Hours Contacts
• In-built user defined trial period for all new Suppliers
• Risk Assessment of each Supplier based upon user defined Risk Assessment Criteria (defined in the Set Up Screens) that determines the Re-assessment frequency for each Supplier.
• Ability to print individual Supplier Approval and Risk Assessment Forms for each Supplier for Approval sign off and filing in Supplier Approval Files
• Where Risk Assessment is not applicable there is an option to place Supplier Approval on an Annual Review period (specifically geared towards service providers – i.e. waste collection)
• Standard Searches / Filters to allow you to search for specific Suppliers, Filter for Approval Status and to plan Supplier Approval work load based upon approvals due within defined timescales.
